Ingredients:
• 1 cup – soya granules
• 1/2 cup – ground Cauliflower
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• A small pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp- coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – amchur powder
• A few chopped Coriander leaves
• Vegetable oil
• 5-7 – Fried Cashew nuts
• 3-5 – Fried Raisins
Method:
- Soak soya granules in milk for 30 mins.
- Grind cauliflower.
- Add peas in a pressure cooker and cook till you hear one whistle.
- Heat oil in a heavy pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida.
- Stir it until the cumin seeds become light brown in colour.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir it.
- Add ground cauliflower, soaked soya granules and green peas. Mix it well.
- Add salt and red chilli powder.
- Cover it and cook it on low-medium flame.
- When it is cooked, sprinkle garam masala and amchoor powder.
- Garnish it with fried dry fruits and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot.
