
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sweet Corn kernels
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – finely grated Carrot
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• salt to taste
• For Garnishing:
• 1 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Mix all the vegetables with butter, salt and pepper.
- Boil the sweet corn kernels for 2 mins.
- Add the vegetable mixture to the sweet corn.
- Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves and serve hot.
