Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Poha, soaked for about 10 minutes
• 4 tbsp Maida
• 1 Tomato cut into small pieces
• 3 tbsp – Green peas
• Green Mirch Slices, Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, Cumin seeds.
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients well. If needed add a little water to the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture to a thickness of 1/2 inch in a well greased pan with oil.
- Cook for 10 mins in low heat with lid covered.
- Reverse the pancake and cook for 5 mins with lid on it.
