Ingredients:

• 1 cup – walnuts, shelled
• 1/2 cup – fresh Curd beaten
• 4-5 kashmiri Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Sugar
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pound walnuts and chillies together.
  2. Mix curd, salt and sugar well.
  3. Add pounded nuts and mix well.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Serve with sticks of carrots, beets, celery, etc.
  6. Or with dry bread sticks.
