Ingredients:

• 50 g – Cocoa powder
• 2 cups – Milk
• 500 g – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 125 g – Walnuts, chopped fine

Method:

  1. Boil the milk and sugar together until it thickens.
  2. Make a paste with the cocoa powder and a little warm milk.
  3. Add this to the milk along with the walnuts and butter.
  4. Simmer until the mixture forms a ball.
  5. Remove from heat and mould into egg shapes.
  6. Cool and warp in decorative foil paper.
