Ingredients:

• 200 g – chopped Walnuts
• 300 g – plain flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• 200 g – Sugar
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar.
  2. Add the milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and walnuts and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased mould and steam or bake till done.
  4. Cool and serve with cream.
