Ingredients:

• Watercress -2 bunches
• Medium sized Potato – 1
• Tomato – 2
• Onion-1
• Garlic Flakes -4
• Turmeric powder – 2tsp
• Garam Masala – 2tsp

Method:

  1. Wash watercress, trim stems. Peel and cut potato lengthwise.
  2. Saute onion, tomato and garlic paste.
  3. Add turmeric, salt, red pepper powder, garam masala, watercress leaves and potato.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Serve hot with roti.
