Ingredients:

• 2 cup – watermelon, cubed
• 1 cup – cooked Chickpeas
• Salt and pepper powder – to taste
• Dry Parsley leaves – as per need

Method:

  1. Arrange the watermelon cubes, cooked chickpeas in a plate.
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and dry parsley leaves over the watermelon cubes and cooked chickpeas.
  3. Mix gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
