Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Watermelon pieces
• 2 cups – Musk melon pieces
• For Mango chutney:
• 1 cup – Green Mango pieces
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1 inch – Cinnamon stick
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 3 – Dried red chillies
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 200 ml of water and add the mango pieces and bring to boil with all the whole spices.
- Boil and cook on low flame till the mango pieces are tender.
- Mix in the sugar and the red chilli powder in the vinegar and continue to stir and cook on low flame till the chutney slightly thickens.
- To serve: Put the fruits on skewers and serve with the chutney.
