Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Watermelon pieces
• 2 cups – Musk melon pieces
• For Mango chutney:
• 1 cup – Green Mango pieces
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1 inch – Cinnamon stick
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 3 – Dried red chillies
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat 200 ml of water and add the mango pieces and bring to boil with all the whole spices.
  2. Boil and cook on low flame till the mango pieces are tender.
  3. Mix in the sugar and the red chilli powder in the vinegar and continue to stir and cook on low flame till the chutney slightly thickens.
  4. To serve: Put the fruits on skewers and serve with the chutney.
