
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup of juwar flour
• 1 tbsp Methi (fenugreek seeds)
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1/2 tbsp Green chilli – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp oil
• salt according to taste
Method:
- Heat Methi dry on tawa on low flame until it’s lightly browned. Let is cool. Then crush it with either rolling pin ( belan ) or with mixie.
- Mix everything including the methi. Add water to make it thick batter.
- Consistency of the batter should not be very hard, but it should not be as watery as dosa batter too. Somewhere in between.
- Let it ferment overnight.
- Deep fry in oil on medium heat; by putting small dips of the batter.
