
Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Oil – to deep fry
• Powdered Sugar – 1.5 cup
• Finely chopped Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp
• Ghee – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Mix wheat flour with enough water and knead like chapatti dough.
- Prepare thin chapattis and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
- Once cool, crush and powder it coarsely.
- Add powdered sugar and pound them together.
- Add fried cashew nuts and prepare lemon sized balls.
