Ingredients:

• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Oil – to deep fry
• Powdered Sugar – 1.5 cup
• Finely chopped Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp
• Ghee – 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour with enough water and knead like chapatti dough.
  2. Prepare thin chapattis and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
  3. Once cool, crush and powder it coarsely.
  4. Add powdered sugar and pound them together.
  5. Add fried cashew nuts and prepare lemon sized balls.
