Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Durum Wheat noodles
• 3 cups – water
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chilli
• 3-4 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• Turmeric powder – a pinch

Method:

  1. Boil water with salt in a deep bottom vessel.
  2. Add noodles and cook for about 5 mins.
  3. Drain and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard, add urad dal and saute for a minute.
  5. Now add sliced onions and green chillies, when the onions turn translucent add curry leaves, turmeric powder, a little salt and noodles to it and mix well
