Ingredients:

• 50 gm wheatgrass (harvested on 7th day)
• 3 Spinach leaves, cleaned and washed
• 2 tbsp Mint leaves, washed
• 200 ml water
• 1/2 tsp Lemon (optional)
• 1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash and clean the greens.
  2. Chop and grind with 200 ml water till very smooth and blended.
  3. Strain and add sugar and lemon juice if required.
