Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Boiled small white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup – Boil Black kidney beans drained and rinsed
• 2 – medium Garlic gloves, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup – water, plus more as needed
• 3 tbsp – fresh Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – cheesy Garlic spread
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp – chopped fresh coriander
• Tortilla chips for serving (optional)
Method:
- Place both beans, garlic, water, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cheesy garlic spread, and pepper to taste in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- If the dip is too thick, add more water, one tbsp at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer to a medium bowl, add the cilantro, and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt or lemon juice as needed.
- Serve with Tortilla chips.
