Ingredients:
• 1 tender white radish
• 1 Onion
• 1 sprig Mint leaves
• 1 sprig coriander
• 1 Green chilli grated
• 2 pinches Ginger grated
• 1 cup – tied Curd
• 1/2 tsp – ground Sugar
• salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and chop radish, onion, mint and coriander very fine.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate till chill.
- Serve with chilled cucumber, carrot, boiled potato fingers.
