
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 2 cups – Wheat flour or atta
• a pinch – Salt
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 cup – Sugar
Method:
- Make a stiff dough of the maida and wheat flour, ghee and salt.
- Roll out into 1 inch thick rotis.
- Cut into small squares.
- Heat ghee in a pan and Deep Fried the cut squares till golden.
- Boil sugar to get a thick two-strand syrup.
- Dip the fried squares in the syrup and leave it for 5 mins.
- Drain, cool and serve.
