Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – whole Wheat
• 1/4 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup – nutella
• 1/4 cup – Butter (melted) scant
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder (heaped)
• 1 big pinch – baking powder
• 1 big pinch – baking soda
• 1/2 cup – Sugar (powdered)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175deg C.
- Sift both flours, cocoa, baking powder and soda together.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Add nutella and mix well.
- You should get a dough that is soft and pliable.
- Take a quarter of the dough and pat it down with the heel of your palm to desired thickness (about 1/4 cm).
- Cut into desired shapes and place on baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 18 minutes.
