Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Long grain Rice (cooked)
• 1 cup – Sambar (fresh/left over)
• 1 cup – Rasam (fresh/left over)
• Vegetables (fresh/left over) carrots/beans/potatoes/tomatoes (optional)
• 10-20 – Peanuts (optional)
• 5 – Cloves (powdered)
• 5 – Cardamom (powdered)
• 1 – Cinnamon stick (powdered)
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 to 2 tsp – Tamarind juice

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add spices, tamarind juice, and all the other ingredients.
  2. Stir thoroughly and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with potato chips.
