Ingredients:

• 4 Garlic and herb flavored soft wraps (readymade this time)
• 8 boiled baby Potatoes
• 1/2 cup – Lotus root
• 1/2 cup – Paneer cubes
• 1/2 cup – dice-cut bell pepper
• 1/2 cup – brussel sprouts
• 1/2 cup – Bok Choy (or any leafy veggie)
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• pinch of Garlic powder
• 1 tsp – mixed herbs
• salt as per taste
• oil – as per need
• For Dressing:
• 1 cup – hung Curd
• 1 tsp – capsico sauce
• 2 tsp – mustard sauce
• a pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Take oil in pan and add baby potatoes first. Saute them till the skin turns crispy and golden brown.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings.
  3. Mix well and stir-fry on high flame for a minute or so.
  4. Place a wrap on a flat surface and put the stir-fries on it.
  5. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the four dressing ingredients and pour it over the stir-fries in the wrap.
  6. Fold the wrap first from both the sides, and then by holding it, roll it from top to bottom.
  7. Roast it in a flat pan with a drizzle of oil and cut it in the middle.
  8. Have it with coriander chutney.
