
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 1 Carrot
• 3 to 4 – beans
• 1/4 cup – Cabbage
• 1 medium sized – onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – spring onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 – capsicum, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Salt, as required
Method:
- Pressure cook rice with required water and keep aside.
- Heat oil and olive oil in a kadai. Add onions and garlic saute for 2 mins.
- Then add spring onions and fry till it turns brown.
- Add carrots, beans and cabbage and saute till they shrink and raw smell leaves.
- Add capsicum and saute with the veggies for 2 mins.
- Then add soya sauce, pepper powder and required salt in high flame.
- Keep stirring continuously for 10 seconds.
- Then simmer until the veggies are well blended with the sauce and fried well.
- Now add the cooked rice and mix well. Let the rice fry for another 3-4 mins.
- Garnish with spring onions (optional) and switch off.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or gobi Manchurian.
