
Ingredients:
• 2 – Potatoes (peeled and cut into medium size pieces)
• 250 g – Zucchini (chopped into medium size pieces)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the potatoes, zucchini, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- Cook on low heat till the potatoes and zucchini are done.
