Ingredients:
• 2 -3 – Zucchini
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Hing
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp each – mustard seeds, Urad Dal
Method:
- Fry the cut zucchini, onions and green chillies.
- Add turmeric, hing, salt and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
- Grind the whole thing in blender.
- Season oil with mustard seeds and urad dal, and pour over.
