Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Zucchini (grated finely)
• 1 – Onion (big & chopped finely)
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• 2 tbsp – Gram flour
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/4 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Mix together the grated zucchini, onions, rolled oats, gram flour, rice flour, baking powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
  2. Sprinkle some water and knead everything into a dough.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying, make small balls from the dough and drop gently into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until they turn crispy and golden brown.
