
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Zucchini (grated finely)
• 1 – Onion (big & chopped finely)
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• 2 tbsp – Gram flour
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/4 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Mix together the grated zucchini, onions, rolled oats, gram flour, rice flour, baking powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
- Sprinkle some water and knead everything into a dough.
- Heat oil for deep frying, make small balls from the dough and drop gently into the hot oil.
- Fry until they turn crispy and golden brown.
