Dal

Ingredients:

• 1 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – onion, cut into small pieces
• 2-3 flakes – Garlic
• 1 tsp – kasuri Methi
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Cook moong dal with 2 cups of water, little salt, and garlic.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add onions and fry for few minutes.
  3. Now add green chillies, tomatoes, kasuri methi leaves and chilli powder.
  4. After few minutes, add the mashed moong dal and little water if required.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
