Ingredients:

• 10 g – Sunflower oil
• Small quantities of Channa Dal, Rai, Jeera, Red Chilli, Coriander leaves
• 1 bowl – Water
• Salt to taste
• 150 g – Mamra

Method:

  1. Sprinkle lukewarm water on the mamra to soften it.
  2. In a kadai, heat the oil and add all the ingredients.
  3. When it turns light golden colour, add the mamra and sprinkle water on it. Simmer for 2 minutes.
