Ingredients:

• Potato -10
• Cheese – 200 gm
• 1 – Onion
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Oil to fry
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
• 75 gm – black Raisins

Method:

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. Grate the cheese, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped black raisins and mashed potatoes.
  3. Make medium size balls. Take a bowl and make a thick batter with the corn flour.
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Dip the potato balls in the batter, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry them.
