Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mulberry
• 1 – apple, diced
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 to 3 pinches – salt
• 500 ml – chilled water

Method:

  1. Soak mulberry in water, for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Drain soaked berries and put in an electric blender.
  3. Add apple and grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Add all the other ingredients, whisk again till smooth and frothy.
  5. Strain if desired, but there is no need.
  6. Serve chilled and frothy.
