Ingredients:

• 12 – tiger Prawns
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – curds
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Shell, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
  2. Marinate the prawns with all the above ingredients for about 45 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated prawns in a greased baking dish and grill in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with onion rings and chips.
