Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Apples, peeled and chopped roughly
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 4 – Almonds
• 2 cups – Chillid Milk
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder

Method:

  1. First blend chopped apple pieces, almonds and sugar in a blender to a smooth paste with about 1/4 cup milk.
  2. Then add the cinnamon powder and remaining milk and blend again.
  3. Add ice cubes if preferred and serve chilled.
