Ingredients:

• 4 – apples
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 litre – water
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 2 tbsp – candied peel

Method:

  1. Pare and chop the apples into small pieces.
  2. Cook the apples with all the other ingredients on low heat till soft, stirring constantly, till the marmalade thickens and becomes clear.
  3. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
