Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 3 handfuls – baby arugula/rocket leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chillies
• Oil
Method:
- Finely chop arugula leaves.
- Knead with wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder and enough water to make a smooth, soft dough.
- Roll into chapattis.
