Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 3 handfuls – baby arugula/rocket leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chillies
• Oil

Method:

  1. Finely chop arugula leaves.
  2. Knead with wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder and enough water to make a smooth, soft dough.
  3. Roll into chapattis.
