• 1 cup – atta (wheat flour)
• 3/4 cup- Jaggery
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 14 to 16 – finely sliced Almonds (for garnishing)
• 2.5 cups – water
- Lightly heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel.
- Add the wheat flour and saute the wheat flour till golden brown.
- Gradually, add the jaggery and water, stirring continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
- Cook till all the water has been absorbed.
- Serve hot garnished with finely sliced almonds.
