Ingredients:

• 1 cup – atta (wheat flour)
• 3/4 cup- Jaggery
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 14 to 16 – finely sliced Almonds (for garnishing)
• 2.5 cups – water

Method:

  1. Lightly heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel.
  2. Add the wheat flour and saute the wheat flour till golden brown.
  3. Gradually, add the jaggery and water, stirring continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Cook till all the water has been absorbed.
  5. Serve hot garnished with finely sliced almonds.
