Ingredients:
• 50 g – seedless Raisins
• 50 ml – Lemon juice
• 4 (peeled) – Bananas
• 25 g – Butter
• 50 g – Sugar
• 50 ml – Orange juice
• 2 tsp – Lemon rind (optional)
• vanilla ice-cream
Method:
- Place the raisins in a bowl and add lemon juice and marinate it for 30 minutes.
- Place each banana on an 8 inch square foil and put a quarter of butter on it.
- Sprinkle each banana evenly with raisins, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon rind.
- Seal the package.
- Cook in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-18 minutes.
- Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
