
Ingredients:
• 1.75 cups – all purpose flour
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1/3 cup – cooking oil
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 2.5 tsps – baking powder
• 1.5 tsps – salt
• 1- beaten Egg
Method:
- In a large mixing bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the centre.
- Combine egg, milk and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to the flour mixture.
- Stir till moistened. Butter should be lumpy.
- Grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups, till 2/3 full.
- Bake at 200 degree C in an oven for 20 to 25 mins. or till golden brown.
- Remove from pans; serve warm.
