Ingredients:

• 250 g – fresh boiled green gram
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tbsp – Orange juice
• salt
• 1 tsp – black pepper

Method:

  1. Take a bowl, add in the fresh boiled green gram.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves and green chilli.
  3. Add the orange juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
