Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Flour (maida)
• 2 – Eggs, beaten well
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 – apples peeled and grated
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp – Butter or Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
• ¼ tsp – Baking powder
• 1 cup – Milk

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth batter without lumps.
  2. Add a little water if batter is too thick.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan.
  4. When hot, wipe all over with a piece of cloth dipped in a little oil.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter in the pan and spread a little.
  6. Cook on both sides and remove.
  7. Serve hot with jam or maple syrup.
