• 1 kg – Bottle Gourd
• 4-5 cups – Rice flour
• 5 – Onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• oil to fry
- Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Grind the chopped onions lightly. Grind the green chilli very well
- Add ground green chilli and onions to grated bottle gourd, and add sufficient rice flour.
- Add salt and coriander leaves.
- Take a wet cloth, make the vadas and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with pickle.
- You can make pakodi also.
