Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Bottle Gourd
• 4-5 cups – Rice flour
• 5 – Onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Grind the chopped onions lightly. Grind the green chilli very well
  2. Add ground green chilli and onions to grated bottle gourd, and add sufficient rice flour.
  3. Add salt and coriander leaves.
  4. Take a wet cloth, make the vadas and fry in hot oil.
  5. Serve with pickle.
  6. You can make pakodi also.
