Ingredients:

• 8 pieces – bread
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tbsp – dalda or Ghee
• chilli powder (if required)
• salt

Method:

  1. Take besan, add some water and mix well till all the lumps are removed.
  2. Then, add the onions, green chillies, salt and cumin powder and mix well.
  3. Then, dip the bread pieces and fry on a low flame.
  4. Remove when light brown and serve.
