
Ingredients:
• 8 pieces – bread
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tbsp – dalda or Ghee
• chilli powder (if required)
• salt
Method:
- Take besan, add some water and mix well till all the lumps are removed.
- Then, add the onions, green chillies, salt and cumin powder and mix well.
- Then, dip the bread pieces and fry on a low flame.
- Remove when light brown and serve.
