
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cooked Broccoli florets,
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 tsp – Plain flour
• 4 tsp – Shredded cheddar cheese
Method:
- Melt the butter in a suitable pan, add the flour and roast for a couple of minutes.
- Gradually add the milk stirring all the time till the butter and milk are combined well.
- Remove from heat and mix in the grated cheese and broccoli.
- Pour in a baking dish or casserole dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for about 5-6 minutes, till slightly brown on top.
- Serve hot.
