Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Cooked Broccoli florets,
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 tsp – Plain flour
• 4 tsp – Shredded cheddar cheese

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in a suitable pan, add the flour and roast for a couple of minutes.
  2. Gradually add the milk stirring all the time till the butter and milk are combined well.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the grated cheese and broccoli.
  4. Pour in a baking dish or casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 5-6 minutes, till slightly brown on top.
  6. Serve hot.
