
Ingredients:
• 200g – cabbage, finely cut
• 2 tbsp – crushed Garlic
• 1 – onion, finely cut
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – cut Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai. When hot, add garlic and onion, and fry them until they are pink.
- Add cabbage and fry again till brown and add all the masalas.
- Add salt and stir fry.
- Add a little water.
- When cabbage is cooked, add gram flour and mix well.
- Cover for 10 minutes on a slow flame and let it cook.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with roti.
