Ingredients:

• 200g – cabbage, finely cut
• 2 tbsp – crushed Garlic
• 1 – onion, finely cut
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – cut Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai. When hot, add garlic and onion, and fry them until they are pink.
  2. Add cabbage and fry again till brown and add all the masalas.
  3. Add salt and stir fry.
  4. Add a little water.
  5. When cabbage is cooked, add gram flour and mix well.
  6. Cover for 10 minutes on a slow flame and let it cook.
  7. Add coriander leaves and serve with roti.
