• Capsicum, medium size – 3-4
• Gram flour – 2 cups
• Water – 1 cup
• Tamarind pulp – 1/4 cup
• Asafoetida as required
• Salt to taste
- Cut capsicum into medium-sized pieces.
- Mix asafoetida, tamarind pulp, capsicum pieces, and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
- Make a batter of a medium consistency with the gram flour, salt, and water.
- Dip the capsicum pieces in this and deep fry in oil.
