Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp – granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp – water
• juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/4 tsp – glycerine

Method:

  1. Heat the sugar in heavy sauce pan, stirring continuously.
  2. When the sugar melts and begins to turn brown, sprinkle water on top and stir again.
  3. Add glycerine and stir again (the mixture should coat the back of a spoon).
  4. Cook for a minute and take off the flame.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice.
  6. Pour onto cake, ice cream or pastry immediately.
