
Ingredients:
• 1 brown Onion
• 2 tsp – Olive oil
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Cut onion into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add onions.
- Sprinkle a little salt over it to get it to caramelize faster.
- Saute it till dark brown in color.
- Transfer it to a bowl and keep it open for a few minutes. It will be crispier.
