• 1 brown Onion
• 2 tsp – Olive oil
• A pinch of salt


  1. Cut onion into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add onions.
  3. Sprinkle a little salt over it to get it to caramelize faster.
  4. Saute it till dark brown in color.
  5. Transfer it to a bowl and keep it open for a few minutes. It will be crispier.
