Ingredients:

• Carrots – 3
• Cashewnuts – 15
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Milk – 5 glass
• Sugar – 3/4 glass
• Cardamom – 6
• Water – 1 glass

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots. Fry them in 1 tbsp of ghee till the raw smell goes.
  2. When it cools, grind it with the cashewnuts and 1/2 glass of milk and make into a paste.
  3. Boil the remaining milk in a kadai and reduce it to 3.5 glasses.
  4. Add the ground mixture and boil it for 5 mins. Then add the sugar to it and stir for a while.
  5. When it starts becoming a little thick, add the cardomom powder.
