Ingredients:

• 500 g – grated Carrot
• 100 ml – Milk
• 250 g – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 50 g – mawa
• silver warq
• 1 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Place the pan on the gas, heat ghee and add grated carrot and milk. Stir constantly.
  2. When the mixture thickens add the mawa, sugar and cardamom powder
  3. Keep on stirring till it leaves the sides of pan
  4. Place it on the greased thali and decorate it with silver warq
  5. Cut into desired shapes.
