• 500 g – grated Carrot
• 100 ml – Milk
• 250 g – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 50 g – mawa
• silver warq
• 1 tsp – Ghee
- Place the pan on the gas, heat ghee and add grated carrot and milk. Stir constantly.
- When the mixture thickens add the mawa, sugar and cardamom powder
- Keep on stirring till it leaves the sides of pan
- Place it on the greased thali and decorate it with silver warq
- Cut into desired shapes.
