• 2 – Carrots
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 pinch – food color (orange)
- Grate the carrots and keep aside.
- Now take the wheat flour in a bowl, add garam masala, salt, food colour and the grated carrot together and mix it so that the colour blends well.
- Now, add water a little at a time and make the chapatti dough.
- Roll out into chapattis, roast and serve hot.
