• Carrot – 1/4 kg
• Sugar – 100 g
• Cashew nut – 5 g
• Kismiss – 5 g
• Ghee – 25 g
• Water – 1 cup
- First grind the carrot and make a paste of it.
- Slightly fry it in ghee. Add water to it.
- Stir the mix till the water has evaporated.
- Now, add sugar to the mixture and continue stirring till the sugar completely mixes with the carrot.
- Add some ghee, cashew nuts and dry grapes to the mixture.
- Serve it after it cools sufficiently.
