Ingredients:

• 100gm – Cashew nut
• 1 liter – Milk
• 1 tbsp – milkmaid
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cucumber seeds
• 1 tsp – grated Almonds
• 1 tsp – Raisins

Method:

  1. Soak the cashew nuts in water for 2 hours and blend them into a fine paste in a mixer.
  2. Boil the milk and add the cashewnut paste, milkmaid and sugar. Stir the mixture and cook well for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with cucumber seeds, grated almonds and raisins.
