Ingredients:

• Cauliflower 1 (cut into small pieces)
• Onion 1 (Chopped)
• Green chillies 3
• Curry leaves 1 sprig
• Coriander leaves 1 tsp
• Jeera 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1 pinch
• Salt to taste
• Oil 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add jeera, onion, curry leaves.
  2. When the onions turn golden brown, add the cauliflower, turmeric powder, coriander and salt to taste.
  3. Add a little water and cook until done.
  4. Goes well with chapatti / roti.
